If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, a replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
In case of refund eligibility (only for incorrect or damaged items), it will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs for ReturnsIf the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
